The cancellation policy is intended to provide clarity and transparency regarding our cancellation procedures. By engaging in our services or making reservations, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in our current cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making any arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked into the program with us it means that we have reserved a slot for your child to be in a certain workshop. We may not be able to alter these positions depending on the proximity of the workshop date.
Cancellations must be notified more than 7 days prior to the start date of the workshops to be eligible for a full credit or refund; less than 7 days but more than 72 hours from start of program receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we will not be providing refunds if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to program commencement.
